Kevin Morgan

Founder and President 

Content Specialist - Program Developer


 

Kevin is a certified social studies and financial literacy teacher who has been working in the Freehold Regional High School District (NJ) since 2003. He holds an Associate of Arts in Social Science Education from Harrisburg Area Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Massachusetts. He is a passionate advocate for personal financial literacy and economic education, believing these concepts are vital to both personal and professional wellness.


Kevin has been a member of the Council for Economic Education (CEE) Master Teacher program since 2017. Since then, he has facilitated over 90 local, regional, and national teacher professional development and youth financial education programs on behalf of CEE-affiliated financial education non-profits, foundations, and financial services companies.  


In 2023, Kevin was honored with the Barry G. Haimes Award for excellence in teaching by CEE and is recognized nationally for his contributions to financial literacy education. In 2024, he founded LifeFinanceEd, LLC; the same year, he joined the IZZIT.org team of Teacher Ambassadors. 


Kevin resides in New Jersey and has two children.
